Contact Management

Have you already checked out every contact management software program out there? Are they too expensive, too inflexible, too simple? We've designed a contact management system that tracks customers and potential clients and can be modified without having to write extensive code. Let's face it; your business is NOT like everyone else's. You have specific needs - one of which is to be able to capitalize on any insights into your industry you suddenly gain. Our system is built with MS Access, and you get all the source code. Your only requirement is to have, or be willing to buy, MS Access. Of course, you may have no interest in modifying the system yourself; in that case, we're happy to do that for a reasonable fee. Either way, there's great comfort in knowing that, anytime you want or need to tweak the system, you have the code to do it and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.

Some people have observed that we're great supporters of, and believers in, open-source software; we are. But we're willing to give Microsoft their due: MS Access is a great product for a small user base, giving even the smallest of companies the ability to "roll their own," so to speak. Even if you need to know some weird detail like what color your customer's eyes are, you can add the code to record and track it. This is where most contact management software fails. It does most of what you need but, in the end, something will inevitably get left out. Having the source code, with MS Access's easy front-end interface, allows you to add functionality as you think of itwithout breaking your bank account.
